Exhibition and Book Release     Extended Dates!!!

Due to popular demand, The Addiction and Art Exhibition currently at the Blue Elephant Art Center is being extended a week.  There will be a closing reception on July 3, 7 – 11 PM with an artists talk/poetry readings/discussions starting at 9 PM.

The gallery will be open to the public as scheduled on Saturday, June 26 Noon – 4 PM, and 7 – 11 PM, and Sunday, June 27, Noon – 4 PM.  And during the week by appointment: 240-440-0600.  The gallery is located at 4 A West 5^th Street, Frederick,
MD  21701

This exhibit coincides with the release of Addiction and Art (Patricia Santora, Margaret Dowell, Jack Henningfield – Johns Hopkins University Press).  Artworks in the book by regional artists are accompanying this local exhibition.  Poetry by DC’s BRASH is featured on the walls (and chapbook) with the local art and in a chapbook with the book art. Both Addiction and Art books and chapbooks will be available at the gallery.
